Ronald Edmonds Learning Center II, (RELC II), is a unique uniform middle school whose mission is to provide a safe, productive, culturally relevant learning environment. Our students are actively engaged in technology, college and career readiness programs, Regents classes, extracurricular activities, and a host of community programs to educate the “whole child” while preparing them to be productive global citizens.

Meet Our Principal
Welcome to our school!
It is my privilege to serve as principal of this extraordinary learning community where our teachers, staff, students, and families are actively engaged in making excellence happen every day.
We are family-oriented and academically driven while addressing the development of the whole child. In addition to engaging, meaningful, and rigorous work in our classrooms, we provide numerous opportunities for students to explore, to grow, to lead, to share, and have fun. Students can choose from a variety of extracurricular activities that help them to discover or improve their talents in sports, the visual, culinary, and performing arts.
At RELC II, we believe there is a leader in every child, and provide many opportunities to develop their leadership including Class Monitor, Student Government Representative, School Prefect, House Captain, After School Youth Leader, and United Nations Junior Ambassador.
Thanks to our small class size and caring, dedicated teachers and staff, students receive personalized instruction and attention. At RELC II, we are more than a school; we are a family!

Our state-of-the art science laboratory evinces our principal’s passion for science and her philosophy that children learn best by doing, instead of simply listening to a teacher.
