RELC II wrapped up Teacher Appreciation Week with a special personalized delivery for our teachers because they truly deserve to feel celebrated, valued, and appreciated for all that they do. Teaching is heart work… and our teachers lead with heart daily.

This week was just a small reminder that their hard work does not go unnoticed. We see the dedication, the patience, the sacrifices, the love, and yes… even the controlled chaos. 😂

To our RELC II teachers… Thank you for showing up, standing in the gap, and loving our students through every challenge and every victory. Our school is better because of YOU. Special delivery for some very special people. 💛✨

To the incredible teachers of Ronald Edmonds Learning Center II… Happy Teacher Appreciation Week. 💛🖤

There are not enough words, gift cards, snacks, coffee runs, or “thank yous” in the world to fully capture what you pour into our students every single day. Teaching is already hard. Teaching in today’s world while still showing up with patience, humor, grace, consistency, creativity, and love? That takes a different kind of strength. And somehow, you all do it anyway.

You show up tired and still teach because our students matter. You carry lessons, data, behaviors, emotions, phone calls, meetings, state test prep, missing assignments, parent meetings, and life outside these walls… and still find ways to make kids laugh, feel seen, feel safe, and believe in themselves.

That matters more than you probably realize. Thank you for the early mornings, the after school tutoring, the pep talks, the “give me one more chance” conversations, the tough love, the endless copies, the flexibility, and the emotional labor nobody ever really talks about. Thank you for loving our Falcons, even on the days they test every last nerve you have left. 😂

Please know this:
Your work is seen.
Your impact is real.
And RELC II would not be what it is without each of you. RELC II is special because YOU make it special.
